  2. I like your advice about keeping skin care and diet simple and natural. Common sense. Very wise. I often use food products in my skin care. Aloe Vera gel scraped from leaves as a mask. Grapeseed oil for face massage. Sesame oil on my body after shower in winter, coconut oil in summer. All organic. Some ingredients in popular sunscreens actually can encourage skin cancers! I do use sunscreen because I love to be outdoors in nature, especially at the beach, I sunburn easily, and I have a lot of sun damage from when I was young and didn't know better. I only use sunscreens that have zinc oxide or titanium dioxide as active ingredient. They don't absorb easily into skin and they are more expensive, but at least I'm not poisoning myself.
